What kind of teacher?

Lots of words can be used to describe a teacher,strict,cheap nfl hats, friendly,kind,sharp,humorous,false,lovely,terrific...
Of course,most of students like kind and warm teachers.Although all the teachers know this,they prefer to be a terrible teacher,showing fewer smiles,treating students sharply to make kids fear them and listen to them.Of course,it's good for management of class.They can save lots of strenghth or words.Some of them are very clever,because they know when they should treat students well.Strict but kind,they can control all the students well and hold all situations.However,they forget they won't get the most joys or get tired of masking.Being a teacher should be like this or that,too many limitations which they made for themselves make them become false persons,cheap oakley sunglasses, which they never know completely.
I often thought about what kind teacher I should be,not only good for scores but also easy to get happiness with students.Lots of teachers will speak out their own opinions on how to be teacher.I used to try different ways,but I never felt good.For example, don't smile,pretend to be strict,be more humorous…
Actually,teaching is just like our life,learn to be natural and back to yourself.When happiness comes,bravely hug it and laugh with students.When you are angry,then tell them,because you are just one of them.To be a true teacher,although it's a bit hard for everyone.
Let us be different teachers with different characters and ways of doing things.After so many years，I have gradually forget that I am a teacher,but a person who has a task to teach lessons and relax with them.
I like real equality,cheap jerseys, then there wn't be disappointment or sadness.
